WTG Operation & Maintenance
The wind turbine generator assets within wind parks require annual service covering mechanical, electrical and hydraulic work-scopes to ensure continuous availability. Oracle Wind technicians work closely with our customers to understand their needs, adapt and prioritise as projects evolve, working safely and efficiently to scheduled timeframes.
Service Lift Inspection & Maintenance
The maintenance requirements contained in the Service Lift Maintenance and Installation Manuals detail the inspection frequency and maintenance work-scope. Our technicians are both trained and experienced in the inspection and maintenance plan ensuring previous records and current documentation is provided and in date, all equipment is thoroughly inspected and safe to operate.
Nacelle Crane Inspection & Maintenance
Oracle Wind provides Annual Inspection and Maintenance for various models of nacelle crane - a LOLER (Lifting Operations Lifting Equipment Regulations) Inspection which involves a “Thorough Examination” of the equipment in question to ensure it is fit for purpose and safe to use. The inspections will be carried out by a trained and competent technician and any defects will be reported to the management team responsible for the equipment before repairs being carried out.
Statutory Inspections
We offer a full scope of statutory inspections services for both onshore and offshore projects covering; TMSE - Turbine Mounted Safety Equipment Anchor Points Tower Ladders and Fall Arrest Systems Lifting Equipment and Lifting Accessories Rescue Devices First Aid Equipment and Fire Extinguishers
Inspection Body Accreditation
Oracle Wind Limited also use an external supporting organisation performing various types of inspection, surveys and risk assessments across all sectors relating to ISO/IEC 17020.
